Our SR&ED Guarantees

No SR&ED, No Fee

If we determine there is no SR&ED in your year, we’ll refund or credit our fees (your choice). You’ll never pay for work that doesn’t qualify.

75% Claim Approval

We guarantee that any claim we prepare from start to finish will be approved for at least 75% of its filed value.

If it falls short, we will waive all yearly fees for that claim year.
Audit defense is included with every claim we prepare. When we compile your claim to our standard (at least two quarters of contemporaneous documentation), the same guarantee covers the audit: if the final result comes in below 75% of the filed value, we waive all yearly fees for that claim year.
If your claim did not meet that standard, we still defend the audit; it just isn’t guaranteed.
